Overview
Rural development financing, done right
The USDA Business & Industry (B&I) loan guarantee program exists to support economic development outside major metro areas — and Colorado has no shortage of eligible communities. Because a large portion of the loan is government-guaranteed, lenders can offer longer terms and more competitive structures than they otherwise would.
The first step is always confirming eligibility — the property or business location has to fall within a USDA-designated rural area. We check that early, before you invest time building a full application around a location that might not qualify.
Ideal for
- Businesses located in USDA-eligible rural areas
- Real estate purchase or ground-up construction
- Business acquisitions in qualifying communities
- Equipment purchases tied to a rural business expansion
- Working capital for an established rural operation

Why LendHaven
We check eligibility before you invest the time
USDA financing has real upside but a narrower lender pool than SBA. We know which lenders in our network are actively originating B&I loans and help confirm eligibility fast, so you're not building an application around a location that won't qualify.
